Lauren and Eric planned the perfect beach wedding. The weather was gorgeous and the entire day was filled with charming, coastal details and joyful, smiling faces. Eric’s son was the cutest best man and the couple celebrated Lauren’s Mee Maw’s 82nd birthday during the reception at Tybee Island Pavilion. Fun fact – Lauren and Eric’s wedding was the first event to ever be hosted at the brand new venue!
If you’re not a wedding cake kind of couple, don’t feel obligated to have a three-tiered, fondant-covered work of art. Lauren and Eric opted out of serving a traditional wedding cake, and presented coastal themed cookies, by Savannah Rum Runners, instead! They fit with the theme perfectly and allowed guests the option of enjoying one now of saving it for the trip home.
Lauren and Eric’s day was filled with so much love and I am so thankful to have been a part of it!
